Hello again from William B. Fiore Jr. As owner and operator of W.B.F. Air Conditioning & Heating Service I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and the company which I have established. I have personally been working in the business of HVAC service for over 11 years in the Stamford/Fairfield county area, it something that to this day I still thoroughly enjoy. It's challenges and diversity have made what I do not only a job but a interesting and satisfying carrier. Over the course of these years I have worked in many different facets of the trade, performing installations, service and maintenance on a wide range of mechanical & HVAC equipment. I have performed these services in fields ranging from Commercial to Residential to Professional. What I have gained as a result of this time in the field combined with my own personal uncompromising commitment to always apply the highest level of mechanical standards to all the work I do is the experience, capability's and skill's necessary to be able to provide for you what I feel is among the most professional quality service and workmanship available. Along the skill's I've learned I've also learned the importance of understanding what your equipment means to you, your home, your family and your business and how a company must be structured to provide for all of your service needs mechanically and personally. A company must be designed to not only offer you the best mechanical service available, it must be able to understand and comprehend your complete and total HVAC service needs in order to be able to administer it's services in the ways that best work for you, your life and your business.

* I am fully licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection with a D1 limited HVAC contractors license and fully insured and bonded through the offices of Murphy & Murphy of Norwalk ,CT. Certificate's of Insurance are available upon request.

* I am fully licensed to handle any and all forms of Refrigerants with a Universal Type EPA Refrigerant license. W.B.F. diligently follows all EPA Refrigerant Recovery and Reclaiming regulations.

* I provide responsive personal service interaction with 24hr / 7 day a week service access.

* I offer service maintenance agreements ranging from simple time and material to full material and labor.

* I use computerize service scheduling and tracking to assure you accurate on time service response and maintenance agreement execution.

* I offer free installation and maintenance agreement cost estimate's and proposal's with appointments that are scheduled for when you are available.

W.B.F. is available for all of your design, construction and installation needs as well, making every effort to design your system to give you the maximum performance and cost efficient operation of your equipment by providing such services as:

* Fully computerized load calculation and estimate programs.

* Fully computerized engineering and CAD design capability.

* Adherence to the national recognize design specifications of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRE) and the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). As well as the National recoginzed code specifications of the Building Officials and Code Administrators International (BOCA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

* Full adherence and compliance to all local state, city and town issued codes and regulations.
