We offer drain cleaning with an added drain cleaning product to help clean old drain lines. We install new sinks, vanity cabinets, and marble-ized countertops. We service and clean all gas heating systems. We repair or replace all gas, oil, hydronic or steam boiler systems.
We can also diagnose any hot water, heating, filtration, or pressure regulation problems.

Victorian/Antique Homes
Victorian homes are especially challenging and we've had great success in repairing most original plumbing faucets and fixtures. In some cases, we've had faucet systems specially made to replace unrepairable ones.
Polybutelyne Piping
Many homes now have polybutelyne water and heating piping. Unfortunately, there were law suits involving this material which forced the company out of business. The problems stem from plastic fittings failing. They are now replaced with brass & copper fittings. Contact us for repairs and conversions.

Benefits include: No service fees*, priority scheduling, after hour emergency response and our special “Value Rate†pricing. If any problems are noted, we will bring them to your attention. At your request we will furnish exact prices in writing for the repairs. All repairs will be done immediately or scheduled at your convenience. This service is transferable if you sell your home, which is an added selling feature. We offer an unconditional money back Guarantee. If at any time you are not happy with the service you have received, just let us know and we will gladly refund your money. This service program is for one scheduled day per year.

* Thorough inspection of your complete plumbing system, testing all fixtures, faucets and drains.
* Dye test all toilets for leakage.
* Check all emergency water shut-offs for proper operation.
* Inspect washing machine hoses for deterioration.
* Test water pressure in main lines. (Standard pressure is 55 lbs.)
* Test hot water temperature for safety. (120 degrees maximum by Federal Law.)
* Inspect water heaters for any signs of leaking.

* System check for total operation.
* Inspect for proper water pressure and or level.
* Inspect all thermostats for accuracy.
