Encon is pleased to offer four (4) maintenance plans to provide you with the level of service that you desire. Our plan offering consists of a Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze plans. If you would like to discuss a maintenance agreement or obtain a quote please contact us.

Replacement

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, heating and air conditioning systems consume almost half of the energy used in a home or business. You can probably guess that your old heating and air conditioning system is inefficient. However, you may not realize how much an energy hog it really is. If your equipment is ten years or older, it’s probably operating in the 60-70% efficient range. That means you’re wasting 30-40 cents of every dollar you spend on energy. By replacing your old equipment now with a high efficiency model, more of the energy you pay for will be used for heating and cooling. In addition to increase energy savings, a new system is more reliable, has quieter operations, provides improved comfort, and may improve indoor air quality. Proper planning by replacing the equipment now rather than later, will avoid the inconveniences that come along with a surprise system failure. If you have been researching the purchase of new equipment or a system, you know that there are many brands to choose from. This is why our comfort specialist will take the time to walk you through the process of understanding your needs, sort through the different types of equipment and assist you in determining the best system. If you would like to have your system(s) evaluated and receive a quote for upgrading please contact us.
