Energy Efficient Options
Boilers
Energy efficient boilers have efficiency ratings of 87% up to 92% . The electric ignition in the boiler eliminates the need to have the pilot light burning continuously. Also, new combustion technologies extract more heat from the same amount of fuel - it’s a beautiful thing especially when the money stays in your pocket. Furnaces
Energy efficient furnaces have efficiency ratings between 83% -90% and higher. Although, the energy efficient furnace is more expensive to purchase up front, the money will cone back to you within the first few years in lower energy bills. These are great systems they are the Cadillac of heating and cooling systems, this is the best of the best. If you are trying to keep up with the Jones’ this is the system you are looking for - or if you are mother earths best friend you will treat her right with this option. A Geo-Thermal system starts at $25,000 and that is the starting price and increases in cost depending on the size of your home. Keep in mind that you will save up to 40% or more on your energy bills which makes this a worthwhile investment. These systems are designed to last 30 years or more. Forced Hot Air Furnace
This is one of the most common types of heating systems. This unit provides warm air that circulates thru ducts into various rooms in your home. A fan is used to circulate the air into the ducts. These furnaces can be run by either gas, fuel or even electricity.

| great experience with this company. its been the coldest week -8 at night my heat pipes froze and split the pipes open. Garrett came out right away and repaired the problems cleaned up the mess and made sure everything was good. He showed me how to turn my house water off and explained everything. thanks |
