In the '90's, T.J expanded the company’s scope by adding a design service and stocking equipment for hydronic radiant heat systems as well as establishing an HVAC Supply Division.

In keeping with his visionary and innovative nature, T.J. also established “Degrees of Comfort,” the only fully operational and interactive heating and cooling showroom in Western Connecticut. At "Degrees of Comfort" contractors and consumers can view fully operational hot water boilers, warm air furnaces and various types of air conditioning and heating equipment.
